COMMON PROBLEMS
+The app can't find the panel
Make sure your phone is on the same network as the panel. If it is and the app still misses it, tap Search — it scans the whole network. The name panelotto.local often fails on Android; use the IP directly in the Panel field.
+The panel flickers or the Pi reboots by itself
Almost always the power supply. Two 64×32 panels draw up to 4A when many LEDs light up, and a phone charger delivers far less. Use a 5V/4A supply wired to the bonnet terminals, with the Pi on its own charger.
+Text shows up doubled or upside down
It's the panel geometry, not the multiplexing. Check the dimensions first: what looks like a 16×32 panel is usually 64×32, and swapped dimensions produce exactly this symptom.
+Taking the panel to the court
It's automatic. Away from the home Wi-Fi, the Pi creates its own network (PLACAR). Connect your phone to it and open the app. Back home, it finds the usual network again.
